SIMPAC Holdings was established to undertake integrated management of and generate synergies among affiliates of the SIMPAC Group, namely, SIMPAC, SIMPAC METALLOY, SIMPAC METAL, SIMPAC INDUSTRIES and SIMPAC INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY. Moreover, SIMPAC Holdings provides a transparent management structure and effective management systems through which the SIMPAC Group's overall value management objectives can be realized.
Thru the investment and the portfolio management for subsidiaries, expecting the efficient distribution of resources and the maximizing value of stockholders.
To maximize values of subsidiaries and stockholders, SIMPAC Holdings operates business with that a responsible business structure with professional manager, and central business structure with council, and strengthens aboveboard management.
